Casa Villa is situated in La Pedrera, Denia in Spain, and is in the middle of the two major cities of Valencia and Alicante and the airports. Located in a peaceful and tranquil environment with just 5 minutes from the beach the villa makes for a comfortable retreat from the busy lifestyle. The nearest town is Denia which is about 6-7 kilometres away.
Spacious, exotic and has a Spanish charm to the place, Casa Villa is furnished with a modern design inside. The kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances, along with bathrooms, en-suite shower rooms and air conditioning is fitted throughout the home.
The lounge area is a comfy setting with sofas and armchairs, and the entertainment is in the form of satellite TV, radio, DVD and audio hi-fi system. Access to the patio can be from the lounge which leads onto a paved floor and onto a terrace patio style roof top, admire the view with a barbeque area and space for a large number of people.
On the outside the grounds are private with its own garden all has been maintained and has regular maintenance throughout the year.
In the tower rooms, the bedroom complete with en-suite extends to a small terrace directly in the sunshine, great for that private relaxation time. The bedrooms have the option to be single, double or twim double bedrooms, there is a sofa bed available for extra sleeping space.
Two swimming pools are a unique feature, the smaller pool is ideal for relax and bathing, while the other pool has its own water slides and diving area.
